 Antique Stoneware Inkwell Fragment

A fascinating piece of writing history, this antique stoneware inkwell is broken almost in half vertically, revealing the top rim, middle, and a portion of the bottom. Its weathered surface and sturdy craftsmanship hint at decades of use, offering a tactile connection to the past.

Likely dating from the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1850–1920), it’s a wonderful fragment for collectors, display, or anyone drawn to vintage stoneware.

Public photos and videos of many of my discoveries can be found on my social pages.

As a genuine sea-worn treasure, this marble carries the marks of its journey, with gentle imperfections, soft edges, and an organic, irregular shape that speak to its authenticity.

Please view all photos carefully before purchasing.
